At Social Butterfly Speech + Language Therapy, we are committed to providing a holistic approach that fosters blooming speech, language, and social skills. Services

SPEECH AND LANGUAGE THERAPY

We provide speech and language therapy focusing on improving speech production, receptive and expressive language abilities, social skills, and AAC. Evidence-based practices, engaging activities, and practical experiences drive our practice to promote generalization and improve quality of life.

We offer contract services to school systems in Los Angeles, CA to provide screenings, evaluations, comprehensive reports, therapy, and IEP participation. School and early intervention contract services and consultations are offered in-person and via telepractice.

FAMILY COACHING

Family coaching is designed to empower parents with strategies to support communication within daily routines. By empowering families with the tools to support development at home, children are given the opportunities and learn and practice skills within their daily routines.

Contact us to speak directly with owner and SLP, India, who will answer any questions that you may have and make recommendations for next steps.

We will begin with an evaluation or screening to identify strengths and needs. During this initial meeting, we will develop a treatment plan that best fits your family's needs.

Once therapy begins, we will provide sessions tailored specifically for your child to ensure blooming speech and language skills!

Our daughter began speech and language therapy with India at 2 years old, and at the time she was only using a handful of single words. Our daughter recently graduated from India's services at 3 years old, and she now has a vocabulary of hundreds of words that are used within full sentences. The difference has been astonishing, and her scores for language are now within normal limits. India was unbelievably kind and nurturing to our daughter during their sessions, and our daughter would literally squeal with excitement whenever India arrived. India became a trusted adult within our daughter's inner circle, and it was wonderful to watch the bond that they developed. As a parent I found India extremely flexible to work with. India completed sessions with our daughter both at home and in a daycare/preschool setting. She was also great at setting up make up sessions whenever needed.
